Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the AML Business website and to the services we provide. AML Business is a trading name of AML Financial Services Limited ("we", "our", "us").

By using our website, or by asking us to start work for you, you agree to these terms. If we also give you a written quote, proposal, or agreement, it forms part of these terms, and it applies where it differs from them.

AML Business provides:

• Grow Online: websites, Google Business Profile management, and related online tools, mainly through our Growth Pack
• AI Ready: AI readiness reviews, AI tool set-up and staff training, and ongoing AI support
• Business Finance: financial advice on business lending through our licensed financial advisers

Grow Online and AI Ready are not financial advice services. Business Finance is financial advice, and the extra terms in section 11 apply to it.

The Business Health Check, its scorecard, and any draft homepage we prepare for you are free, and you are under no obligation to buy anything.

If you do not go ahead, the draft homepage design stays ours. Any text, logos, or photos you gave us remain yours, and we will not publish the draft.

The Growth Pack costs $69 a month plus GST, and there is a one-off setup fee of $495 plus GST. The setup fee is payable only once your website is live and you have approved it.

The plan includes the items listed on our website at the time you sign up:

• A website of up to five pages
• Set-up and upkeep of your Google Business Profile
• Your domain, business email, and an enquiry form
• Hosting, security, backups, and renewals
• A monthly report
• A quarterly business finance review

Monthly changes. Small changes are included each month, such as updates to text, images, prices, opening hours, or contact details. New pages, new features, and redesigns are not included, and we will quote them separately before starting.

Term. The Growth Pack is a 12-month plan that starts on the day your website goes live. After 12 months it continues month to month at the price that applies at the time.

Payment. Monthly fees are invoiced monthly in advance.

You can cancel your Growth Pack at any time, including during the first 12 months, by giving us 30 days' written notice. Email is fine. There is no exit fee.

You pay the monthly fee up to the end of the notice period. Fees already paid are not refunded, and the setup fee is not refundable once your website is live.

We may end your plan by giving you 30 days' written notice. We may also suspend or end services sooner if invoices remain unpaid after we have reminded you, or if your website is used for unlawful purposes.

Your domain is registered for your business. Your content, including text, logos, and photos you supply, belongs to you.

If you leave the Growth Pack, we will transfer your domain, your website files, and your content to you or your new provider at no charge. We will give you any transfer codes and handover details you reasonably need.

Some parts of a website are licensed from third parties, such as themes, plugins, fonts, or stock images. These transfer only as far as their licence terms allow.

Hosting, business email, and other managed services end at the close of the notice period, so please arrange your move to a new provider before then.

Add-ons, such as online bookings, an AI chat assistant, review requests, social media, and extra pages, are charged at the prices shown on our website when you order them. Those prices exclude GST.

Monthly add-ons can be cancelled on the same 30 days' notice as the Growth Pack. One-off fees are not refundable once the work is delivered.

If an add-on uses a third-party service with its own usage charges, we will tell you about those charges before you incur them.

Prices for the AI Readiness Review, Set-up & Training, and Ongoing AI Support are starting prices. Before any work begins, we will give you a written quote that sets out the scope and the price.

AI tools can produce content that is wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for checking AI-generated content before you rely on it or send it to anyone, and for decisions made using it.

Roadmaps and costings we prepare can support funding applications, but we cannot guarantee that any grant, funding, or not-for-profit pricing will be approved.

AI tools are provided by third parties under their own terms, and those providers may change their tools, prices, or features. As part of set-up, we will agree data and privacy rules with you. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Ongoing AI Support continues month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

You agree to:

• Give us accurate information, and the content and approvals we need, within a reasonable time
• Make sure you have the right to use any content you give us
• Make sure your website and the way you use our services comply with the law
• Keep any logins we give you secure

All prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them.

We may change our prices. For ongoing services, we will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

We are not a lender. All lending decisions are made by the lender.

The quarterly finance review included in the Growth Pack is a conversation about your finance needs. Any advice that results from it is given under our financial advice licence.

Some services rely on third parties, such as domain registrars, hosting and email providers, Google, AI tool providers, and lenders. We are not responsible for their services, decisions, outages, or changes to their terms. We will, however, take reasonable care in choosing and managing them on your behalf.

Our services are supplied for business purposes. Where you are acquiring our services in trade, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, to the extent the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

Content on this website, including text, branding, and design, belongs to AML Financial Services Limited and may not be copied without permission. Ownership of websites we build for clients is covered in section 6.

We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page. For ongoing services, we will tell you about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
